- 30 Days Current Pay stubs
- W-2 Forms for the most recent two years.
- Two Years Federal Tax Returns for Self Employed and/or Landlords
- (Corporate or Partnership Returns if more than 25% of business ownership)
- Three Years Federal Tax Returns for First Time Home Buyers
- Bank statements for past two months
- Investment account statements for past two months
- Retirement account statements for past two months
- Make/Model of vehicles you own along with their estimated resale value
- Landlord Contact Information if you are currently renting
VA Borrowers: - Retired Military: Form DD214 (Discharge Papers)
- Active Duty: Service Letter
- Reservist: Service Points Summary
- Certificate of Eligibilty (If not in posession, we will order)
- Contact information for nearest living relative
- Claim file number for service related disablities (in excess of 10%)
If you currently own Real Estate: - Mortgage Statements - Most recent
- Home Insurance Policy information
- Rental Properties - Lease agreements for properties rented out for <1 year.
