We recently compiled the following local statistical data to help illustrate trends in our marketplace.  Some notable facts are the lower number of closed transactions in last 30-days in comparison to the remaining contingent and active listings.  Active average list price is also now higher than recent sales prices indicating perhaps a beginning to a turn in values.  We will continue to monitor these trends.
