• In-Office Processing with online remote LOS access to status and file documents.
• Internal local area underwriting, doc draw and funding staff.
• FNMA, FHLMC and HUD approved
• Flexibility to choose the end banking investors with a solid core of relationships including GMAC, Wells, CITI, Chase, Bank of America, Flagstar, Suntrust and others.
• Ability to broker out as needed.
• No disclosure of YSP – Huge in upcoming RESPA world as of Jan. 1, 2010
